This donation from Gallatin Subaru will support Eagle Mount's mission of fostering new strength, confidence, freedom, and joy through inclusive recreational experiences.

Warm Hearts, Warm Coats: Gallatin Subaru Gives Back to Salvation Army

In the heart of Bozeman, Montana, amidst the biting winter chill, Gallatin Subaru embarked on a mission fueled by compassion. Leveraging the power of Subaru Loves to Help, the dealership orchestrated a heartwarming winter coat drive. Salesmen, usually immersed in car sales, transformed into eager volunteers. With over 100 coats collected, they diligently sized and sorted each one, ensuring they'd find their perfect match with families and children in need across Bozeman. Partnering with the local Salvation Army, Gallatin Subaru's generous donation found its way to grateful recipients. Families poured in, faces beaming with gratitude as they received the gift of warmth. Children's excitement filled the air, trying on their new coats with infectious joy. Through Subaru Loves to Help, Gallatin Subaru didn't just provide coats; they ignited a flame of hope. In the midst of winter's frosty grip, their act of kindness radiated warmth, reminding the community that together, they could make a difference, one coat at a time. Community Born, Community Driven.

One Montana Ranch to Table Dinner Partnership

The Montana evening air was filled with warmth and camaraderie as the community gathered at Bodhi Farms in Bozeman for a memorable One Montana Ranch to Table Dinner. This event, generously sponsored by Gallatin Subaru, brought together hunters, conservationists, and landowners in a celebration of responsible hunting practices. Bodhi Farms, with its rustic charm and scenic beauty, provided the perfect setting for an evening that was not only about good food and fellowship but also about fostering a deep sense of responsibility towards Montana's rich natural heritage. Gallatin Subaru's sponsorship not only spoke to their dedication to community engagement but also highlighted the importance of corporate support in fostering sustainable practices in hunting and land management. Throughout the evening, participants engaged in meaningful conversations about the delicate balance between preserving Montana's wildlife and enjoying the time-honored tradition of hunting. Representatives from One Montana passionately shared their vision of creating a community of Master Hunters—individuals who not only possess exceptional hunting skills but also embody a deep respect for the environment and wildlife. The heartfelt speeches and discussions underscored the organization's mission to educate and empower hunters and landowners alike. One Montana symbolizes a collective effort to preserve the Montana way of life, ensuring that future generations can experience the beauty of the state's wilderness and wildlife. As attendees departed, their hearts were undoubtedly full, not only from the delectable cuisine and picturesque setting but also from the knowledge that they were part of a movement dedicated to responsible hunting and land management. The Gallatin Subaru-sponsored event had not only brought people together but had sown the seeds for a more sustainable and harmonious coexistence between hunters, landowners, and the natural world we all cherish.

Gallatin Subaru Shows it's Heart of Silver

A customer recently purchased their brand new Subaru Forester from our store at Gallatin Subaru in Bozeman, MT and traded in their old, tired Forester. A few weeks after the customer left happily with his new car, a car detailer at our Gallatin Reconditioning center made the most unlikely find in the customer's old Forester that he traded in: a one-hundred ounce bar of pure silver. Instead of pocketing the hidden bar of silver, our detailer Adam immediately reported the valuable item to his manager. Gallatin Subaru was able to reach out to it's owner and return the precious metal to it's rightful home. The customer, grateful for Adam's honesty, shared the experience with the community, highlighting the dealership's commitment to integrity. The incident became a local talking point, emphasizing the importance of trust and honesty in business transactions. Adam's actions served as a testament to the dealership's values, resonating with the tight-knit community in Bozeman and solidifying the brand's commitment to being more than a car company.

Subaru Shows Its Heart at Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter

Throughout the shelter, the sound of clapping hands and paws could be heard upon learning that Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter was selected as Gallatin Subaru's partner for the Subaru Loves Pets event for 2023. We quickly huddled with Susanna Bloem and her marketing team to share strategies for promoting the event, which took place on Saturday October 7th at Heart of the Valley and was marketed as a Community Open House. We employed website ads, social media posts, email blasts and flyers to advertise the Open House event. The weather couldn't have been better for the event, which included reduced-fee adoption specials, shelter tours, dog races, a costume contest, a free photo booth, face-painting, kids activities, food trucks and giveaways for attendees. We estimate that 110 people attended the event. It was a fun, high-energy event, with special guest appearances from shelter alumni dogs and their grateful owners. There was a great, positive vibe throughout the shelter campus that day. Bryan Galligos from Gallatin Subaru attended the event and was a wonderful ambassador. We positioned the spiffy-looking Subaru Outback Wilderness edition vehicle near the shelter entrance for maximum visibility - and visitors really enjoyed the swag that Subaru brought to the Open House event. The Chew-Baru's were a HUGE hit. Bryan interacted with event attendees throughout the day, making some great connections. The Open House generated an exceptional number of dog and cat adoptions on the 7th, as well as follow-on adoptions from people who attended the event on Saturday, then came back on Sunday to finalize an adoption. We can attribute 18 separate adoptions specifically to the Open House event. When an animal is adopted, our front desk makes an announcement over the PA system, similar to, "Attention, Heart of the Valley, Dexter is going home!" The announcement is met with hoots and hollers, clapping and cheering from staff and the public. During one 45-minute shelter tour, I heard four separate announcements about a dog or cat "going home." It warmed the hearts of everyone on the tour. One example of a successful adoption during the month of October is the story of Bacon. Bacon is a 1.5 year-old, large mixed dog who was found as a stray and brought to the shelter by a Good Samaritan on 8/10/2023. This handsomely energetic yet snuggly, muscular dog caught everyone's eye who met him. While he was relatively young and healthy, Bacon took his time finding a home that fit his needs. Since Bacon’s previous history was unknown, our behavior team, sleepover foster care families and animal care staff all worked together to help identify Bacon’s needs and how we could help him find his ideal home. Bacon was shy about meeting new people, played rough with his dog friends and was sensitive to different types of handling. Due to these hurdles, Bacon stayed at the shelter and in foster homes for sleepovers longer than the norm. The average length of stay for dogs and cats at Heart of the Valley is 10 days. Bacon's stay - as we took time to find him an ideal home environment - was over 70 days. He did finally find his way home with a family that has plenty of experience and patience with animals on 10/22/2023. In his new home, Bacon has a dog sibling who will energetically play with him and human children to love and snuggle him whenever he wants. Heart of the Valley found new homes for 201 dogs and cats during the month of October. It was one of our most successful adoption months in 2023. We could not be more thrilled with the partnership with Gallatin Subaru and the positive results of the open house event. It brought together the community to celebrate the work of Heart of the Valley and the joy that animals bring to our lives. We are so grateful for your support!

A Gift of Encouragement

Montana Cancer Support Community, This local non-profit is dedicated to providing emotional support, education, and resources to those facing by cancer. Through the Subaru Loves to Care® initiative, Gallatin Subaru was able to donate 80 blankets to Cancer Support Community Montana. The donation carried tremendous significance. These blankets will provide warmth and comfort during hospital stays, chemotherapy sessions, and other medical treatments for cancer patients. Beyond their physical utility, these blankets symbolize a broader message of community, care, and support during challenging times. It is Gallatin Subaru’s hope that for individuals and families affected by cancer, each blanket becomes a source of solace, reminding them that they are not alone in their journey.

Creating a Thriving Community

Gallatin Subaru is a dedicated partner to Thrive, an organization that provides mentoring, education, and support to children and families in the Gallatin Valley since 1986. Thanks to the generosity of Gallatin Subaru, thousands of participants have accessed critically important resources, classes, and care, helping to spark positive, generational change. Gallatin Subaru’s impact makes success stories possible for clients like Leslie. Leslie was sixteen when she found out that she was pregnant. Her first instinct was to drop out of high school so that she could begin working full time in order to support a child. She was living with friends and did not have a strong system of support. Thankfully, she was referred to one of Thrive’s signature programs, Partnership Project, and was connected to a family support worker that could offer her help via the wrap-around, customized home visiting curriculum. She set goals, received quality prenatal care, and learned how to care for her coming child. She found housing and childcare, received assistance identifying and applying for community resources, and participated in parenting groups and activities. Not only did Leslie graduate from high school, she went on to graduate from Montana State University with an education degree. She is now a teacher in her hometown and a successful parent of two. We are incredibly proud and grateful to collaborate with Gallatin Subaru in our mission!

The Gift of Socks

The HRDC Warming Center, This center’s mission is to help people experiencing homelessness. They provide peer support, recovery group meetings, housing navigation, personal laundry services, day storage, sock exchange, housing case management, showers, computer access and job search assistance. Their impact is beyond important, it is necessary for every community. This facility has trained staff and volunteers on site at all times during open hours. They offer separate or group sleep areas and long operating hours. The people arriving at this shelter are from all backgrounds and they are accepted by the HRDC staff with no judgment. Gallatin Subaru was able to give socks to the HRDC Warming Center in Bozeman Montana through the Subaru Loves to Help® Program. It was 1 Degree Fahrenheit when we delivered these socks. We witnessed how tremendously important this HRDC Warming Center is to the people that would have to sleep outside that day if this facility didn’t exist. Gallatin Subaru is so grateful to have had this opportunity to give back. Efforts such as donations of food and clothing are so important to helping people get back on their feet.

Helping New Generations

Full Circle Foundation, Gallatin Subaru is beyond grateful to have been able to donate to the Full Circle Foundation. The Full Circle Foundation focuses on supporting first generation college students through scholarships. They give a helping hand regardless of a person's background. The organization provides people in lower income and rural communities the chance at higher education. Through constant support and keeping students engaged every semester the organization has had 10 students earn a college degree. The dreams, hopes and ambitions of generations to come are able to broaden through the help of the Full Circle Foundation. They have already awarded their 111th check to their students for a total of 111 college semesters. They provided over $136,000 in tuition support for students and average 98% usage for their student funding. The Full Circle Foundation supports students in 8 states: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa. Through the Subaru Share the Love Event Gallatin Subaru donated $23,283 to the Full Circle Foundation!

Marla's "Underdog" Story

Through our partnership with Gallatin Subaru, we hosted an adoption event during October and by the end of the month Heart of the Valley and Gallatin Subaru helped 66 shelter dogs find their perfect, loving home. Thanks to Kelly Polinsky and Jayden Schaap from Gallatin Subaru we were able to host an open house as part of the month long event where new adopters were given Subaru care packages, and were able to participate in a pet costume contest, shelter tours and more. One of the dogs adopted during this open house was six-month-old Marla. Marla was a ball of puppy energy when she came to Heart of the Valley. She arrived at the shelter through HOV’s transfer program, which brings in dogs from other rescue organizations in Montana that are experiencing stray dog overpopulation or a lack of space and resources to care for the abundance of dogs in their facilities. Upon examination by Heart of the Valley’s vet staff, it was clear that Marla had a problem with her jaw that was causing her pain and leading to some extra “mouthy” behavior. Heart of the Valley called our friends at Montana Pet Dentistry who performed a surgery to fix her bite so she could be placed up for adoption. After two weeks at HOV Marla was on the mend and ready to meet her new family. She is now happily in her new home and even gets to go to work with her new guardian. We are proud of Marla’s happy “tail”- made possible by community partnerships!

Helping teachers and Students and Hyalite Elementary

Gallatin Subaru, during the #SubaruLovesLearning event, took the time to go to Hyalite Elementary School in Bozeman, MT and donated supply boxes to teachers. These boxes were filled with all types of materials such as pencils, erasers, whiteboards, headphones, poppets, etc. The materials will help add accessibility to learning for these students.

Subaru Loves Pets - Heart of the Valley

Heart of the Valley is an open admission shelter which means they accept any dog or cat brought to the shelter regardless of condition or circumstance. In addition to reuniting lost pets with their families and finding new homes for homeless animals, HOV serves as a resource for the community by providing programs and services designed to help bring people and pets together. They offer humane education programming, canine training classes and behavioral consultations, special adoption programs for senior adults and military veterans, low-cost micro-chipping, ID tags, pet licensing and a no cost Spay/Neuter Assistance Program. During the month of October, Gallatin Subaru will donate $100 for every shelter pet adopted at Heart of the Valley. On October 15, Gallatin Subaru partnered with Heart of the Valley for their 15-year shelter anniversary. There was food, drinks, games, and a costume contest! Gallatin Subaru handed out new adoption boxes which included toys, leash, pet wipes, etc. Gallatin Subaru also handed out toys, dog bowls, and water bottles to everyone that came and celebrated!

"Above and Beyond" - An Understatement

On June 5, 2022 I was driving my 2015 Subaru Outback from Livingston, Montana to Kalispell, Montana. As I was entering Missoula, smoke began coming out of both ends of my car, barely made it off 190 when it died. I called my insurance company roadside assistance and then the Montana Highway Patrol. It would take 90 minutes for a tow truck to arrive and I wasn’t in a safe place, traffic wise. Five days earlier, I took my car to Gallatin Subaru in Bozeman for an oil change and to swap out my winter tires. Unfortunately, whoever changed my oil, failed to tighten something and my Outback’s engine suffered a catastrophic failure. It was imperative that I get to Kalispell. I had to be at the hospital the next day for much needed tests. I had major knee surgery three weeks prior and there was concern my knee was becoming infected. If this were to happen, nothing could be done to save my leg. The Montana Highway Patrol gave me a ride to a local hotel and I tried finding a car to rent. Unfortunately, there were no rental cars available in Missoula or Kalispell. The next morning I called Gallatin Subaru and spoke to the General Manager; Brian Woodmansee. I explained to him what had happened and why I had to get to Kalispell. He sent one of the employees to pick me up and drive me to Kalispell. It’s a three hour drive from Bozeman to Missoula and another two hour drive to Kalispell. The employee would stay in Kalispell and drive me to my surgeon’s office the following day and then we would drive back to Bozeman. Later that day I received a call from Jill Graden, the Service Manager at Gallatin Subaru. She arranged for a loaner vehicle from Toyota of Kalispell. She explained that a tow truck would pick my car up from the Hilton in Missoula and take it to Gallatin Subaru. The next morning I picked up the loaner car from Toyota of Kalispell. My knee was not infected, and I was on my way home. I would have to make another trip to Kalispell the following week just to double check all was well and it is. Jill Graden explained to me the engine in my Outback needed to be replaced. She kept in contact with me every week letting me know the status of my car. I picked up my car there days ago and it runs great. The mechanic who installed the new engine explained to me what he had done and if I had any questions or concerns, to call. It was clear that he enjoyed what he was doing. To say that Gallatin Subaru went “above and beyond” is an understatement. When I told Brian Woodmansee how important it was that I get to Kalispell, within half an hour he had a plan. Getting me to the hospital was his priority and everything else would have to fall into place. And, it did. If a car couldn’t be found for me in Kalispell, the young man who drove me from Missoula was prepared to stay the night, give me a ride to my surgeons office the next day and then take me back to Bozeman. The kindness and professionalism given to me won’t ever be forgotten. And, I won’t go anywhere else when it comes time for a trade in.

Gallatin Subaru supports STEM Education

Montana Science Center provides hands-on learning experiences in science and technology that inspires creativity, innovation, and leads to real-world application. MSC enables children and adults to understand and thrive in the changing world around them, bringing learning through play and curiosity in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) with opportunities like interactive exhibits and hands-on science programs. The work that the Science Center does inspires students to strengthen STEM skills for lifelong learning, build creativity, enhance critical thinking skills, and problem solve in order to be ready for whatever our fast paced world throws at them. Gallatin Subaru supports the Science Center by sponsoring the Evening in Science a benefit to support STEM education from rural Montana to local communities. It is critical that communities invest in opportunities, like those through MSC, that allow students to discover their talents and to learn about unique possibilities for careers, especially those that allow them to stay in Montana.

Supporting Emerging Leaders Through DECA

DECA provides High School students with the opportunity to gain valuable skills in management, hospitality, finance, and marketing. This is a fantastic way for students to build confidence and prepare themselves for college and beyond. Our team at Gallatin Subaru supported these emerging leaders by judging multiple segments during the High School event in Anaconda, Montana. We provided an internship for the winner in the automotive marketing segment. This is able to be claimed by the student as college credit once they become eligible. DECA is a great organization that promotes meaningful, relevant learning. Our team was excited to be involved with helping individuals take the next step in their careers.

Gallatin Subaru Donates to Winans School

As part of our Subaru Love Promise commitment, our team at Gallatin Subaru donated crucial school supplies to the Winans School for children in Livingston, Montana. The school was in need of electronics to teach their students remotely due to COVID19. The team donated an iPad to each classroom to provide the students with the best opportunity for science and technology learning. Gallatin Subaru also provided books and other school supplies to help children learn while being safe and healthy. The staff at Winans school was so appreciative of the donations that each student signed a thank you book shaped like a Subaru which is currently displayed at the dealership.

Blankets & Socks for the Warming Center

With the Montana Winter approaching it’s important that Americans who are experiencing homelessness stay warm during the cold nights. With our commitment to the Love Promise, our team at Gallatin Subaru partnered up with Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) who operates the local Warming Center in Bozeman, Montana. Our team scheduled a time to drop-off and provide the Warming Center with boxes full of blankets and 200 pairs of socks! The staff at the Warming Center were so appreciative of this donation!

Supporting lost and homeless animals

Gallatin Subaru was a generous supporter of our 2nd Annual Open House on October 10, 2020. Contributing to the shelter but also generously handing out toys and supplies to visitors and new adopters. Heart of the Valley held an outdoor socially distanced open house with kids activities a photo booth and more. The animal shelter in Bozeman provides services for lost and surrendered pets in Gallatin and Madison counties. It’s a safe place for animals who either need a new home or who are temporarily lost from their homes to come until they can either be adopted into that new home or be returned to their owner. In 2019, Heart of the Valley has found a home for more than 2300 animals, returned over 700 cats and dogs to their grateful owners and completed over 2000 surgeries in our vet clinic, including spay and neuter surgeries. Thank you Subaru and Gallatin Subaru for your ongoing support of animals.

Warming Center Blanket Donation

As part of our commitment to the Love Promise, Gallatin Subaru scheduled a time to safely deliver hundreds of blankets to the Warming Center, a homeless shelter operated by the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) here in our town of Bozeman, Montana. The staff at HRDC's Warming Center were so grateful for the donation, especially as we head into full-blown Montana winter!

Incredible Support of Reach, Inc.

Just as the challenges and increased costs of covid-19 arrived in our area, Reach, Inc. received an incredible donation from Gallatin Subaru. During a time of difficulty, this gift brought hope that the 107 adults with developmental disabilities who receive Reach's residential, vocational, and transportation services could depend on kindness and support from the community, no matter what. Thank you, Gallatin Subaru, for your generosity to people with disabilities in our valley!

Good Neighbors

In Montana, we drive. We drive a lot. It is not unusual for my family to drive six hours one way for a soccer game. So we drive Subaru's. Three out of my family’s four cars are Subarus and always have been. When I purchased my most recent Subaru the salesman warned me about making sure I was getting into my own green Subaru in any parking lot, because there were just so many of them in our town. And I have climbed into another person's look-alike car- twice. Because of this, I think of Subaru as more of a neighbor, rather than a business or a brand. And our Gallatin Subaru dealership has earned the title of neighbor. They act like a good neighbor should in our community. They reach out and make an effort to support the people in our valley in ways that have nothing to do with selling cars. Most recently this was demonstrated by their donation of over a thousand dollars in books for our Monforton School library. Beautiful books on science topics, history, and the environment. On receiving this gift the children’s eyes lit up in anticipation. They have already spent hours browsing the pages. Our Gallatin Subaru is a role model and all businesses should adopt and practice.

Heart of the Valley Open House

Gallatin Subaru was a generous supporter of our 1st Annual Open House on September 19th, 2019. Contributing $100 per adoption we did on that day and generously handing out boxes of toys and supplies to new adopters as well as fun toys to guests of the Open House. Heart of the Valley opened its doors for shelter tours, kids activities and half-price micro-chipping for cats and dogs. The animal shelter in Bozeman provides services for lost and surrendered pets in Gallatin and Madison counties. It’s a safe place for animals who either need a new home or who are temporarily lost from their homes to come until they can either be adopted into that new home or be returned to their owner. This year, Heart of the Valley has found a home for more than 1800 cats and dogs and has cared for more than 3100 in the entire valley. Events from the open house included a dog treat making station and a K-9 patrol demonstration from the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office with five-year-old Belgian Malinois, Miles.

Mending in the Mountains

Every year, Cancer Support Community Montana provides a retreat experience for 80 Montana women who have been diagnosed with cancer. This is a time that provides incredible healing, hope and an understanding that you are not alone in this experience. This retreat is held in the beautiful mountains of Montana in October when the weather can be brisk with fall weather. This year, Subaru provided 80 blankets so each woman could stay warm and cozy during this time together. We are grateful for your donation!!

Service and Parts Homerun

Hi Sean,So glad you contacted me. I just picked up my "newly tire-ed” 2014 Subaru Legacy yesterday and was pleased beyond expectation. I had been coming to Gallatin Subaru service department a few times over the last several months when the alert light illuminated on my dashboard. I had a tire puncture with a slow leak. Each time I visited the service department I worked with Mike. Mike was truly extraordinary from our first encounter (I have been a customer of Gallatin Subaru for four years) through yesterday. His level of communication, understanding and “customer’s needs first,” has been unwavering, no matter how big of an issue or how small. He truly lets you know / makes you feel that what your car needs / what you want is his #1 priority. Not only that, he has a fun personality that facilitates a more pleasant- than- one- would- expect for dealing with car issues. The leak in the tire was in a place that could not be patched (Mike took me to the car and showed me the area and then explained the challenge.) Mike checked the tread on all my tires and said the were all in good condition (I only have 30,000 miles on the car) and he could order a new tire shaved to the same tread depth as the remaining three, preventing me from having to order four new tires. I was impressed that such an option existed and more importantly that Mike presented that as an option as opposed to going straight to “well, your tires are five years old and you’ll need new ones soon, so why not just get a new set?” Next I met with Steven in parts. Steven was great, too. He said he would order the tire and it might be in later that week (it was the week just prior to Labor Day) or more likely after Labor Day. Steven said they should be able to install it towards the end of Labor Day week. Well, that didn’t happen. There were a series of “disappointments / failed promises from vendors” beyond Steven’s control. Noting my frustration and the calendar, Steven asked if I wanted to order a new set of tires. I said, “yes.” The tires came in when anticipated and I dropped off the car yesterday for the new tire installation. Liam called me when the car was ready. When I went to pay, Liam told me that there had been an accommodation made for all the delays and hassle I had encountered and I was not charged for the installation. This was on top of the “at cost” price Steven had given me for the new tires. Well, I have to tell you, I found all of that quite extraordinary and very, very much appreciated. As a rule (based on interactions in the past), dealerships don’t show a lot of cost compassion and regularly have the highest prices for any kind of service / repair. To consistently get top notch customer service and fair pricing is most welcome and will keep me coming to Gallatin Subaru without hesitation. Suffice it to say that in my experiences, Gallatin Subaru truly shows the “LOVE PROMISE. ”Please pass along my sincere thanks to your service team; they deserve that and more. Sincerely, [Customer Name]

Gallatin Subaru: Knows All About Love Promises

Why did Gallatin Subaru join the Bozeman Daily Chronicle in sponsoring A Montana Wedding Bridal Event in February 2017? How many bridal couples depart their wedding receptions in a Subaru? We can’t say for sure, but Subaru does know about creating cars that protect valuable cargo, selling family cars, and even Love Promises. Year after year, the Subaru Outback is named a top family car for its spaciousness, comfort and safety. When it comes to protecting loved ones, there’s safe, and then there’s Subaru safe. Subaru’s industry-leading safety innovations include all-wheel drive beloved across the Rockies for its abilities on wintry roads. Soon to be as popular is their two-year-old EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology that helps keep the car in its lane, optimizes cruise control and features pre-collision braking and throttle management to keep passengers safe. Finally, Subaru makes a Love Promise to every community the company is in. It’s a pledge to do right by the community, to continue making a positive impact by giving back, volunteering and respecting all people. At Gallatin Subaru they promise to be honest, best in quality, service and price, and good citizens too. What makes a bigger community impact than two people pledging to love and respect each other for the rest of their lives? That’s life-and world-changing. Subaru is delighted to support love and respect, the creation of new families and brides and grooms everywhere and here in Bozeman.

K9 Care Wounded Warriors

Gallatin Subaru recently sponsored the K9 Care Wounded Warrior Service Dog Program. I am constantly surprised by how much Gallatin Subaru does in our community. This was another wonderful event that raised money to help wounded warriors get paired with service dogs. These dogs become a comfort and friend to those who have given all to keep our country safe. It is in these gestures of generosity that Subaru performs that make me so proud to be a part of this community that gives so much to their neighbors. This is such a wonderful organization that helps our veterans and Subaru has shown time and again how much they support and help those who protect us. Thanks, Gallatin Subaru, for making a difference!!

Paws for Cancer

Gallatin Subaru sponsored the Bark for Life event this year, but they did so much more than just give money they gave heart!! They had picnic on the lawn, catch a rubber duckie for a prize, a bubble station, and a photo booth that all helped to raise money for the American Cancer Society!! They engaged with the community to gather lots of wonderful homemade items like blankets, hats, towel, lap blankets, as well as store bought items that were used to Fill a Subaru, which was then donated to the local Cancer Support Center! All of their hard work helped people to fight cancer through research as well as in our community and the individuals currently battling cancer. Money is a fantastic way to help a cause, but to see the dealership take a hands-on approach and make such a difference because of the people, that is what inspired me to write this Love Story! Thank you Gallatin Subaru you made a difference in the lives of our community!

Thanks Subaru! For Pet's Sake!

We all love our pets. That’s where it started. How do you bring pet lovers together with businesses and organizations that provide pet products and services? You host a Pet Expo! That’s exactly what The Bozeman Daily Chronicle did! On June 4, the For Pet’s Sake: Bozeman Pet Expo was held at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds, with Gallatin Subaru as one of our Event Sponsors. There were info and sales booths, stage presentations, contests, drawings, treats and lots more for Bozeman area pet owners and dogs to enjoy! Gallatin Subaru brought two SUVs and invited pet lovers to fill them with pet products which were later donated to the pet rescue organizations Heart of the Valley and Tiny Tails K-9 Rescue. As expo attendees placed their donations in the SUVs they were given a ticket for a prize drawing. Every half hour at least two winners were drawn and called to the stage area to receive a basket full of pet products donated by Gallatin Subaru! Winners could hardly believe how fortunate they were to win such great prizes! The biggest winners, of course, were the pet rescue organizations. After the event they filled boxes with pet food, toys, carriers, leashes, etc., to take back to the shelters and put to good use! The Daily Chronicle thanks Gallatin Subaru for their generous support of the For Pet Sake: Pet Expo and making it possible for us to provide our local pet rescue shelters with much-needed pet food and products.

Thank You For All Your Community Involvement

While I was sitting in the Gallatin Subaru lobby waiting for my car to be serviced with my little one coloring away, I witnessed something that made my heart so happy. I saw the check from Gallatin Subaru being handed over to the Gallatin Valley Land Trust. I also had watched the news this morning and saw the announcement on the television so I was already aware of what was going on, just seeing it happening put a smile on my face. This makes me love this local business even more than I already do, and why? They've been promoting so many great things for our local community since they have opened their doors. From helping schools to helping build parks and trails that better the area even more than what it already is, that is just so fantastic to me. It really makes me proud to be able to say I'm from such a great community driven area, and I'm proud to be able to raise my children in such a continuously improving area. Thank you Gallatin Subaru, I am looking forward to taking my little girls and furry friends to the new establishments Gallatin Land trust has been working on! Crissy P.

Gallatin Subaru Protects Quality of Life!

The Gallatin Valley Land Trust is grateful for the donation from Gallatin Subaru. GVLT protects the quality of life in the valley by protecting open spaces, working farms, and ranches and wildlife habitat. We also safeguard our ability to get outside by building and expanding the trail system, Main Street to the Mountains. This donation will support the construction of trails and a playground at the expansion of Bozeman Pond Park. This 9 acre green space will be enjoyed by Bozeman families for years to come! Thank you Gallatin Subaru for caring about our community! Keep track of the project on www.gvlt.org

Thank you!

We were in the market for a new car, but were just browsing and had already visited other dealerships. We came into Subaru without anything specific in mind, and from the moment we walked in the door, everyone was beyond welcoming and accommodating. After picking out a car that was perfect (based on our preferences), the whole team pitched in to figure out payments and a lease plan that would work for us. Everyone's efforts made the process easy and stress-free. Every single person we dealt with through the process was kind and considerate. I can honestly say I have never had an experience like this at other dealerships in the past, and cannot express my gratitude enough to Gallatin Subuaru!

Above and Beyond

Dear Subaru of Bozeman, Thank you! Thank you! I can't express how MUCH I appreciated the donated supplies and money. Every single pack of pencils, box of crayons, pad of paper, and box of Kleenex will be put to very good use! Also, I'm so excited to purchase some hands-on manipulative son line. Your contribution to our classroom will undoubtedly lead to higher student engagement! Thank you for going above and beyond...and thank you for making a difference in the Bozeman community. Thanks For The Experience

When I finally decided to purchase a new car, I vacillated between several all wheel drive vehicles. After visiting these various dealerships, and researching each vehicle from the comforts of my home, I went back and revisited two cars that caught my attention. After a much more educated understanding of the history, mechanics, crash tests, and mileage performance of each vehicle, I leased a new car from Bozeman Subaru. My experience there was amazing. The sales force, the service department, my salesman, and the owner of the dealership were professional, warm, friendly, and above all, worked with me for days on end without ever making me feel anything but special. I love my new car, and I look forward to enjoying many more years of working with this retailer as an outstanding business within my community. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed into the Subaru family of ownership.

Gallatin Subaru & the e-Waste Event

Gallatin Subaru understands the value in the environment. Look at the beautiful valley we are nestled in! Under the shadow of the Bridgers, we took on a recycling drive during the month of April, and with a great success. We took away a very large amount of electronics that would have otherwise found a place in a landfill. Gallatin Subaru, just like Subaru as a Manufacturer, actively help reduce our footprint on this wonderful world. Gallatin Subaru is proud to be a part of a company committed to going green! Did you know that all of our Subaru Outbacks, Legacys, and soon Imprezas, are all made at our zero-landfill plant right here in America? And Subaru of America is proud to be a partner of the National Parks Foundation. Over the past 6 years, we've donated over $25 million to the National Parks Foundation and are currently working with them to help make our national parks zero-landfill as well! Gallatin Subaru has also taken great steps, such as having one of Bozeman's Recycling Centers right here on our lot, recycle bins throughout the showroom for our client's convenience, and active steps with each project to reduce waste in our store. So let's help you explore all the natural beauty that Montana has to offer from the comfort of your new Subaru.
