I wanted tires that I purchased online mounted on wheels for my 2014 WRX and wanted the best balancing machine so I looked at the Hunter website. I found that his dealership has the latest Hunter Road Force balancing machine so I called for pricing and found that it not only offered mounting and balancing and tire disposal for less than other installers with Hunter Road Force machines in town but also less than what Walmart was offering without Road Force! I met the service manager who helped me unload my tires, the service counter staff, and the service technician and all were super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The dealership was the last place I thought I would find the best value but my opinion is now greatly changed! I will be back for more than just parts!

I really like these folks. I bought the car from them and got a fair deal. I've taken it in a few times for service and they have been great. They are good to deal with and I find them trustworthy and friendly. I'll buy my next car here.

These guys are amazing! I was driving through and had a problem with my 2002 outback. They got it in quickly and without an appointment. While I wasn't happy with what was wrong with my car they were kind and helpful. The got me in a loaner car and let me continue my drive to MN so I didn't have to stop my trip. They truly went above and beyond.

The service apartment is amazing. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed with a problem that rendered my car undriveable, and they took the extra care to not only fix my car, but stay over an hour after they closed on a Saturday night to take care of this problem so that I could have my car working. That is some amazing customer service.

Service is always prompt and courteous. Staff are friendly, communicate problems, and schedule for service clearly once at the dealership. For this particular service, I also discovered the cost to be much lower than anticipated. I have a number in my head for what I estimate the cost of maintenance to be, and it fell well below the estimate. Also, quality is never an issue at the dealership.

I bought a used Subaru Legacy, and when I needed a new transmission about a month after purchasing the car, Subaru offered to replace it at no cost to me! I did not expect that and was extremely grateful! All the service writers I have talked with have been helpful and informative. I feel very well taken care of at Gallatin Subaru!!!

We purchased a Subaru Outback from Gallatin Subaru last week. We worked with Mr. Shawn Johnson. Shawn did an outstanding job helping us with every aspect of the purchase, from trade-in to take-home. He was thorough, answered email inquiries promptly, and was pleasant to work with throughout the purchase. He put the clear bra on the car, which was done very well, with no bubbles or errors of any kind. He went over every detail of the operation of the car, and was clear and easy to understand. I can recommend asking for Shawn Johnson to help you purchase your new Subaru at Gallatin Subaru! Follow up: We had a problem with a dash rattle in our Subaru that could not be fixed. Dave Frederick did a great job trying to solve the problem, provided us with a loaner for nearly two months, but we ultimately had to get into a new vehicle. Corporate Subaru helped us out with that process, and were generous and supportive. It took a long time to process, but we finally got into the new Outback in February. Helen Hobaugh filled in for Shawn on sales and did a great job of making sure we were happy with the replacement. So far, there are no problems with this car. We are keeping our fingers crossed.
